Meghan is a Physical Therapist specializing in Pediatric Rehabilitation.
She received her Bachelors of Health Science from Georgetown University in
Washington, DC prior to receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke
University, NC. Recently, she completed postdoctoral training to receive her
Certification in the Management and Treatment of Children with Cerebral Palsy
and other Neuromotor Disorders (C/NDT). Her rehabilitation focus includes the
treatment of neurological injury (e.g., stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebral
palsy), metabolic and skeletal diseases, as well as burn injury/rehabilitation.
She currently works as a pediatric physical therapist at Blythedale Children’s
Hospital providing intensive physical therapy and rehabilitation for infants
and children with acute and chronic injuries. In addition, she holds private
consultation and therapy sessions within the home in the evenings and on
weekends to best accommodate a variety of needs. She is dedicated, passionate,
and determined to provide unsurpassed and individualized care in order to
expeditiously heal and recuperate.
